What we collect

Nothing. Mailrecord does not have a database, an account system, or any server-side storage. Domain queries are sent directly to the DNS resolver and the results are displayed to you in your browser. No record of the query is retained.

No tracking

Mailrecord does not use cookies, analytics scripts, fingerprinting, or any other tracking mechanism. There are no third-party embeds, advertisements, or social media buttons on this site.

No data sharing

Because no data is collected, no data is shared, sold, or transferred. The DNS queries themselves are handled by the system resolver configured on the server — no third-party DNS provider receives information about which domains are being checked beyond what is inherent in a standard DNS lookup.

No logging

The server does not log IP addresses, user agents, timestamps, or requested domains. There is no audit trail, no access log, and no error log that captures personal information.

Third-party services

This site loads font files from fonts.gstatic.com (a Google Fonts CDN). Google's privacy policy applies to the data their servers receive, which is limited to the IP address and user-agent string sent by any browser fetching a web font. No other third-party services are used.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL. Because no user accounts or email addresses are stored, there is no mechanism to notify you directly — check back here for the current version.

Note on legal entity: Mailrecord does not have a registered legal entity, company name, or jurisdiction yet. No GDPR, CCPA or other data-protection representative or contact address is established. These details will be added when the operator establishes a legal entity. No personal data is collected in the meantime.
